Бета-адреноблокаторов рецепторов (бета-блокаторы ака) могут изменять липидный спектр сыворотки крови. Увеличивается в сыворотке крови ЛПОНП и ЛПНП и триглицеридов, а также снижение ХС ЛПВП, были зарегистрированы с некоторыми бета-адреноблокаторами. Пациенты с существующими ранее гиперлипидемия может потребоваться более тщательный мониторинг во время бета-блокаторы, и соответствующие корректировки вносятся в их гиполипидемических препаратов.
