При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Потребитель:

Некоторые бета-адреноблокаторами (т. е. не-кардиоселективный бета-блокаторы) противопоказаны у пациентов с бронхиальной астмой или с историей с бронхиальной астмой, или тяжелой хронической обструктивной болезни легких. В общем, бета-адреноблокаторами, не следует применять у больных с бронхоспастических болезни. Бета-блокада может негативно сказаться на функции легких по противодействию бронходилатационный производится стимулирование катехоламинов на бета-2 рецепторы. Если бета-блокатор терапии необходимо у таких пациентов, агент с бета-1 селективность (например, Атенолол, метопролол, Бетаксолол) считается более безопасным, но следует использовать с осторожностью, тем не менее. Кардиоселективность не является абсолютным и может быть потеряна при использовании больших доз.
