При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Потребитель:

Сульфонилмочевины метаболизируются в печени, а их метаболиты (некоторые с фармакологической активностью) выделяются с мочой и калом. Пациенты с нарушением функции печени и/или почек лечат с препаратами сульфонилмочевины может подвергаться воздействию более высоких концентраций в сыворотке крови наркотиков, которые могут увеличить потенциал для тяжелых эпизодов гипогликемии, индуцированной этими препаратами. При наличии печеночной недостаточности, емкость глюконеогенный может также быть уменьшена, усугубляя риск. Терапии с производными сульфонилмочевины следует назначать с осторожностью у пациентов с печеночной и/или почечной недостаточности. Снижение дозы и увеличение интервалов между регулировками дозировка может потребоваться. Гипогликемия, если это происходит во время лечения, может быть продлен в этих больных, поскольку замедляется метаболизм и/или выведение лекарств.
