Адренергические бронходилататоры могут вызвать снижение концентрации калия в крови, преимущественно, когда дается через небулайзер или внутривенного введения. Хотя этот эффект обычно преходящие и не требуют дополнения, клинически значимой гипокалиемии может возникать в некоторых пациентов, с потенциалом, чтобы вызвать сердечно-сосудистые побочные эффекты. Актуальность этих наблюдений в устной или устной форме аэрозоля/порошок для ингаляционной терапии неизвестно. Терапия адренергические бронходилататоры следует назначать с осторожностью в больных или предрасположенных к гипокалиемии.
