Потребитель:

Кортикостероиды уменьшают остеобластические функцию и препятствуют всасыванию из кишечника кальция, что может привести к резорбции кости и потеря костной ткани при длительной терапии. Кроме того, костного матрикса могут быть затронуты белково-катаболического эффекта глюкокортикоидов, особенно при назначении в высоких дозах или в течение длительного времени, что приводит к асептическому некрозу и переломы. Долгосрочный или высокие дозы кортикостероидов следует назначать осторожно и только при необходимости у пациентов с или в опасности для остеопороза. Неблагоприятные скелетные эффекты могут быть сведены к минимуму путем чередовать-день или прерывистый администрации. Любому пациенту, получающему длительная терапия с эквивалентом 7,5 мг преднизолона/сут и более подвержены риску глюкокортикоид-индуцированного остеопороза и следует осуществлять в соответствии с Американского колледжа ревматологии (ACR) критерии.
