При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Потребитель:

Сульфаниламиды и их метаболиты выводятся почками. У пациентов с почечной недостаточностью может возникнуть повышенный риск вредного воздействия от сульфаниламидных препаратов в связи со снижением клиренса препарата. Дозировка корректировки могут быть необходимы и изменения должны быть основаны на степени нарушения функции почек и степени тяжести инфекции. Кроме того, сульфаниламиды могут вызвать нефротоксичность, общее в кристаллурия, в том числе УРО - и почечнокаменная болезнь, нефрит, токсический нефроз, гематурия, протеинурия, а также повышенные уровни АМК и креатинина. Гидратация (8 унций. стакан воды с каждой дозой и в течение дня) и адекватного диуреза (> 1,5 л/сут) следует сохранить при администрации сульфонамида. Тесты функции почек и анализ мочи следует проводить еженедельно или так часто, как указанные состояния пациента. Редко, подщелачивание мочи.
