Использование топических кортикостероидов может вызвать или ухудшить условия гиперкортицизме. Системной абсорбции этих препаратов может производить обратимое гипоталамуса-гипофиз-надпочечников оси подавления. Системная абсорбция зависит от транспортного средства и концентрации препарата, размер области применения, длительности приема, а также используется ли окклюзионные повязки являются.
