При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Потребитель:

Риск инфаркта миокарда и инсульта, в том числе связанные с использование оральных контрацептивов и эстрогенов, увеличивается у больных с артериальной гипертензией. Кроме того, эстрогены (и гестагены) может поднять кровяное давление и ухудшить гипертонию, усугубляя тем самым риски. Клинически значимое повышение артериального давления было отмечено в ходе терапии эстрогенами, особенно у пациентов, получающих высокие дозы или лечение с комбинации пероральных контрацептивов, имеющих высокое гестагенной активностью. Эти эффекты также увеличение длительности терапии и возраста пациента. Терапии с эстрогенами следует назначать с осторожностью у пациентов с предсуществующей артериальной гипертензией. Пациенты должны быть проверены для изменений в состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы, и их антигипертензивный режим скорректирован или терапии эстрогенами выведены как надо. У пациентов, нуждающихся в контрацепции, должны рассматриваться альтернативные методы для тех, кто гипертоник, старше 35 лет и курите.
