Сульфаниламиды могут быть системно абсорбируется при нанесении на кожу, глаза или слизистые оболочки. Гепатотоксичность, включая желтуху, диффузных гепатоцеллюлярных некрозов, гиперчувствительность, гепатит и печеночная недостаточность, редко сообщалось в пациентов, получающих сульфонамидов. Кроме того, сульфаниламиды частично метаболизируется в печени и может накапливаться у пациентов с печеночной недостаточностью. Терапия с актуальными сульфаниламиды следует назначать с осторожностью у пациентов с заболеваниями печени.
