Потребитель:

Бензодиазепины метаболизируются в печени, и метаболиты выводятся с мочой. Хлордиазепоксид, клоразепат, диазепам, флуразепам и квазепам пройти оксидативное N-деалкилирования до активных метаболитов, что существенно больше действия, чем материнское соединение. Затем эти метаболиты подвергаются дальнейшей биотрансформации, чтобы фармакологически неактивных продуктов перед экскреции почками. Терапии с бензодиазепинами следует назначать с осторожностью в низкой начальной дозы у пациентов с нарушениями функции почек и/или печени. Агенты, которые преобразуются в слабо активный, короткого действия, или неактивных метаболитов может быть предпочтительным при нарушении функции печени. Лоразепам, оксазепам и темазепам конъюгированные до неактивных метаболитов, в то время как алпразолам, триазолам и эстазолам пройти гидроксилирование для слабо активных или неактивных метаболитов.
