Производные фенотиазина и их метаболиты выводятся почками. Существуют очень ограниченные данные относительно применения фенотиазинов у пациентов с почечной недостаточностью. Терапия с фенотиазины следует назначать с осторожностью у пациентов со значительно нарушенной функцией почек. Производители рекомендуют периодические анализы функции почек для всех пациентов при длительной терапии.
