Ингибиторы АПФ могут вызвать подавление костного мозга, реже при неосложненной людей, но чаще у пациентов с нарушением функции почек, особенно если они также имеют коллаген-сосудистые заболевания, такие как системная красная волчанка или склеродермия. Нейтропения, агранулоцитоз, апластическая анемия, гемолитическая анемия, эозинофилия и тромбоцитопения были зарегистрированы, в основном, с Каптоприла. Терапию ингибиторами АПФ следует назначать с осторожностью в пациентах с существовавшие ранее дискразией крови или осложнения, которые могут увеличить риск костного мозга депрессии во время терапии ИА АБС битор туза. Мониторинг показателей крови, в частности белых кровяных клеток, следует считать.
