Наркотический (опиоидный) анальгетик агенты могут усугубить судорог у больных эпилепсией и, на более высоких дозировках, как сообщается, вызвать припадки у больных без предварительного истории судорог. Активность проконвульсант может быть величайшим с применение меперидина, активный метаболит, который считается ответственным. Терапии с опиоидами следует назначать с осторожностью в больных или предрасположенных к судорогам.
