При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Потребитель:

Хроническое употребление нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП) могут быть связаны с почечной токсичности, в том числе повышения креатинина в сыворотке крови и булочка, тубулярный некроз, гломерулит, почечный папиллярный некроз, острый интерстициальный нефрит, нефротический синдром и почечная недостаточность. В пациентах с предварительно-почечная условиям которого почечной перфузии может зависеть от функции простагландинов, НПВС может спровоцировать развитие открытой почек декомпенсации через дозозависимым ингибированием синтеза простагландинов. Пациенты наибольшему риску этой реакции включают в себя пожилых пациентов и лиц с нарушенной функцией почек, сердечной недостаточности, дисфункция печени, или значительного объема и/или натрия истощения (например, из-за диуретиков). Терапия с НПВП следует назначать с осторожностью в таких больных, и гиповолемия и гипонатриемия должны быть исправлены до начала лечения. Клинический мониторинг почечной функции рекомендуется во время терапии, особенно при наличии проявлений связана с легкой азотемии (например, недомогание, усталость, потеря аппетита). Если снижение почечной функции или почечная недостаточность возникает, быстрое прекращение терапии НПВП обычно приводят к выздоровлению предварительной обработки состояние. НПВП, как правило, не рекомендуется для пациентов с тяжелой почечной недостаточности из-за отсутствия информации из контролируемых клинических исследований относительно их применения у таких пациентов.
