Нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП) обратимо ингибируют адгезию и агрегации тромбоцитов и может увеличивать время кровотечения в некоторых пациентов. За исключением аспирина, последствия тромбоцитов видел большинство НПВП в обычных рекомендуемых дозах, как правило, незначительные и относительно короткий срок, но может быть более выраженным у пациентов с сопутствующими гемостаза аномалии. Тромбоцитопения также наблюдалось редко при использовании НПВП. Терапия с НПВП следует назначать с осторожностью в пациентах с значительным активное кровотечение или геморрагический диатез, включая гемостаза и/или нарушения свертываемости крови, связанных с кровоточивостью дефицит витамина К, гипопротромбинемия, тромбоцитопения, тромбоцитопатия, или тяжелой печеночной обесценения. НПВП, которые селективно ингибируют циклооксигеназу-2 (например, ингибиторы ЦОГ-2), как представляется, не влияют на функцию тромбоцитов или время кровотечения в указанных дозировках и может быть предпочтительнее, если риск кровотечения вызывает беспокойство.
