При проверке взаимодействия по данным авторитетных источников Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com обнаружены противопоказания или побочные эффекты, которые могут нанести вред или усилить негативный эффект при использовании лекарства с данным сопутствующим заболеванием.

Примерно 10% пациентов с астмой может иметь аспирин чувствительных астмы, характеризуется полипоз носа, пансинусит, эозинофилия и осадков астмы и ринита атаки после приема аспирина. Использование аспирина у этих больных была связана с тяжелым бронхоспазмом и смертельным анафилактоидные реакции. С перекрестной чувствительности было отмечено, между аспирин и другие нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП), терапия с НПВП следует избегать у пациентов с бронхиальной астмой в анамнезе прием аспирина или других НПВП чувствительность, и применяют с осторожностью у всех больных с существовавшие ранее астмой. До начала терапии с НПВП, пациент должен быть допрошен относительно предыдущих аллергических типа реакций на эти агенты. Салицилат солей, салсалат, салициламид, а ацетаминофен может быть подходящих вариантов в анамнезе больных НПВП-индуцированного бронхоспазма, так как перекрестная чувствительность к этим агентам представляется низкой. Однако, перекрестная чувствительность неоднократно продемонстрировано высокие дозы этих препаратов (например, парацетамол >= 1000 мг), поэтому целесообразно начать терапию с низких доз и постепенно увеличивать. Есть некоторые доказательства того, что ингибиторы ЦОГ-2 может безопасно использоваться у пациентов с аспирин-чувствительной астмой, хотя маркировка для этих продуктов содержат противопоказаний относительно такого использования. При необходимости, аспирином десенситизация может также быть предпринято у некоторых пациентов под медицинским наблюдением.
